JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing international e-commerce company operating multiple online brands across different markets. We are looking for a hands-on, analytical and strategic CFO who will take full ownership of our financial structure, profitability and cashflow optimization.

This is not a corporate reporting role. This is a performance-driven position where numbers directly impact daily decisions.

Your Core Responsibilities

1. Profit & Reporting Management
- Maintain and optimize the company profit sheet
- Share a structured daily profit update with management
- Ensure all revenue, ad spend, COGS and operational costs are correctly allocated
- Reconcile profit sheet with actual bank inflows

2. Cashflow Control
- Monitor daily cashflow across all accounts
- Analyze real net bank receipts versus theoretical profit
- Identify liquidity risks before they happen
- Optimize payout cycles and capital allocation

3. Cost Optimization
- Identify areas where we can reduce costs without hurting growth
- Analyze operational inefficiencies
- Improve margins across products and markets
- Negotiate better payment terms and pricing with suppliers

4. Forecasting & Financial Planning
- Create accurate monthly profit forecasts
- Predict next month’s cash position
- Model different growth and scaling scenarios
- Advise management on safe scaling levels

5. Strategic Financial Leadership
- Build financial dashboards and KPIs
- Improve financial processes and structure
- Support decision making with data
- Implement financial controls and risk management systems

Requirements
- Proven experience as CFO, Finance Director or Senior Financial Controller
- Strong background in e-commerce, performance marketing or high cashflow businesses
- Deep understanding of profit sheets, cashflow forecasting and margin analysis
- Experience working with international suppliers and negotiating pricing
- Strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail
- Proactive, independent and solution oriented
