JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Chief Architect user to assist with interior design and remodeling projects.

Responsibilities:
-Apply all finish materials in Chief Architect based on a detailed material list (cabinetry, flooring, tile, countertops, fixtures, etc.)
-Create all elevations with accurate measurements
-Ensure designs reflect the provided plans, layouts, and specifications precisely - use an existing template
-Build a presentation-ready PDF using a Canva template (elevations, plans, and material visuals)
-Maintain clean, organized, and professional design files

Requirements:
-Strong working knowledge of Chief Architect
-Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow material schedules exactly
-Experience producing measured elevations
-Ability to organize and export files for client presentations
-Good communication skills and reliability with deadlines

Bonus (Nice to Have):
-Experience creating 3D renderings or photorealistic visuals
-Familiarity with interior design, kitchens, baths, or residential remodels
