JOB OVERVIEW

The Credit League is looking for an experienced ChexSystems & Early Warning Services (EWS) Dispute Specialist to help clients address negative banking history and work toward becoming eligible to open bank accounts.

Job Responsibilities

* Review clients’ ChexSystems and EWS consumer reports.
* Identify inaccurate, outdated, duplicate, or potentially unverifiable information.
* Prepare customized dispute letters and supporting documentation.
* Submit or assist with disputes with the appropriate reporting agencies and financial institutions.
* Monitor dispute responses, deadlines, and case progress.
* Maintain accurate client files and provide progress updates.
* Help clients understand their reports and potential next steps toward opening bank accounts.
* Follow applicable consumer reporting laws and protect confidential client information.

Qualifications

* Previous hands-on experience with ChexSystems and EWS disputes is strongly preferred.
* Knowledge of consumer banking reports and dispute procedures.
* Strong research, writing, and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple client cases and meet deadlines.
* High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Position Details

* Location: Remote
* Position: Contract or part-time, depending on experience
* Pay: Based on experience and agreed workload
* Start date: As soon as the right candidate is selected
