JOB OVERVIEW

GoHighLevel Snapshot & Automation Builder - Company needed to build 12 of these within a 2 week time frame. Price per snapshot is $500.00 This should not take longer than 10 hours to complete per snapshot, if you know what you are doing. If you use the AI builder inside GHL it will even be faster and you can pocket more $.

We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel / HighLevel Snapshot & Automation Builder to take a fully developed customer journey that will first be created and documented inside ChatGPT, then build that system correctly inside GoHighLevel as a reusable Snapshot. We will export the prompt for you.

We are screening specifically for GHL Snapshot architecture experience.

The strategy, funnel flow, copy, landing-page content, email sequences, SMS sequences, qualification questions, CTAs, pipeline logic and customization requirements will be developed first inside ChatGPT.

Your role is to take that completed specification and turn it into a clean, functioning, reusable system inside GHL and use the HTML design templates created to import.

This is not a strategy or copywriting position.

We need someone who can accurately translate a documented customer journey into:

GHL landing pages
Forms and surveys
Pipelines
Opportunity stages
Calendars
Workflows

Email automation
SMS automation
Custom Fields
Opportunity Custom Fields
Custom Values
Tags
Conditional logic
Appointment logic
Snapshot architecture

The finished system must be packaged as a reusable GHL Snapshot that can be installed and customized across multiple client subaccounts.

Initial Project

The first build is a fiberglass pool sales and trust-nurture system for pool builders.

The customer journey will be fully mapped in ChatGPT first and includes:

Model Selection → Prequalification Survey → 20-Minute Discovery Call → Qualification → In-Home Design Consultation → Trust & Education Nurture → Wishlist → Sales Follow-Up

Once the journey is finalized in ChatGPT, you will receive the build specification and implement it inside GHL.

Snapshot Architecture Requirements

The system must be built for portability.

Dealer-specific information should not be hard-coded throughout the funnel.

Where appropriate, the Snapshot should use organized GHL Custom Values for items such as:

Our goal is to install the Snapshot into a new client subaccount, update one organized set of Custom Values, and have those changes populate throughout the system.

You should clearly understand the difference between:

Contact Custom Fields, Opportunity Custom Fields and Custom Values.

Paid Skills Test

Qualified finalists will be asked to complete a $100 paid test project.

We will first create the test specification inside ChatGPT.

You will then take that specification and build it inside GHL.

The test will include:

One landing page
One workflow
Three Custom Values
One pipeline-stage transition

We will provide all copy, logic and build instructions.

The purpose of the test is to evaluate your ability to take a clearly documented ChatGPT specification and translate it accurately into a reusable GHL build.

We will specifically evaluate:

Organization
Reusability
Ease of deployment into additional subaccounts

We are not looking for the fastest person.

We are looking for someone who builds systems that are clean, reusable, logical and scalable across multiple client subaccounts.
