JOB OVERVIEW

We are currently looking for a dedicated and motivated Customer Chat Support Representative to join our team long-term.

This is a serious opportunity for someone who speaks excellent English, is intelligent, motivated, eager to learn, and interested in growing within the company over time. We are looking for someone who wants to improve themselves continuously, learn from mistakes, and build a long-term career with us.

Job Requirements:

- Perfect or near-perfect English skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Reliable and fast internet connection (required)
- Intelligent, professional, and motivated mindset
- Willingness to learn and improve continuously
- Ability to work independently and stay focused during shifts

Work Schedule:

- Fixed shifts of 8 hours
- Depending on the workload, shifts may occasionally last longer

Payment:

- $1.5 per hour
- Additional 2% commission
- Additional bonuses for exceptional performance on specific days

Hiring Process:

- All applicants will go through several tests, including:
- English proficiency test
- IQ test
- Keyboard typing speed test
- Additional evaluations if necessary

After passing the tests, applicants will be invited to a video interview to ensure everything is a good fit.

Training Process:

If accepted, you will receive intensive training before officially starting the job.
During your first shifts, you will be able to observe experienced tea ---------- mbers and learn the workflow before handling tasks independently.
