JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for motivated and responsible Chat Sales Representatives to join our remote team.
Your main responsibility will be communicating with customers in English via online chat, building relationships, and driving sales through engaging conversations.

This role is focused on chat-based sales and customer interaction.

Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers in English via online chat
Build rapport and maintain engaging conversations
Promote products and services through text communication
Identify customer needs and encourage purchases
Follow company guidelines and sales strategies
Maintain a positive and professional communication style

Requirements:

Strong written English skills (B2 level or higher)
Sales mindset and willingness to achieve targets
Good typing speed and attention to detail
Reliable internet connection and personal computer/laptop
Ability to work independently and stay disciplined

Work Conditions:

Fully remote position
Flexible schedule — choose available shifts
Shift duration: 6 hours
Work schedule: 6 days per week
Hourly base rate + performance-based commission
Training and ongoing support provided
