JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring a highly organized, detail-driven professional to support luxury yacht charter operations. You’ll manage proposals, itineraries, logistics, and client requests—ensuring every charter runs smoothly from inquiry to completion.

Working closely with the Charter Broker, you’ll operate side-by-side with management, handling execution behind each deal - keeping timelines on track, coordinating with crews and partners, and delivering a seamless, high-touch client experience.

Ideal for someone who:
• Has experience in luxury travel, hospitality, or operations
• Has supported management or worked closely with leadership
• Thrives in fast-paced, detail-heavy environments
