???? We’re Hiring: Dispute & Chargeback Manager (Fashion E-commerce)
About Us
We are a small but fast-growing fashion e-commerce company operating in the dropshipping space. We sell internationally and work with a remote team.
Our focus is long-term growth, strong systems, and data-driven decision making.
We are looking for a Dispute & Chargeback Manager who doesn’t just follow instructions, but actively helps us improve and optimise our processes.
Your Responsibilities
• Handling chargebacks and disputes (PayPal, Stripe, Shopify Payments, Klarna, etc.)
• Collecting and organising evidence (tracking, delivery attempts, customer communication)
• Analysing chargeback reasons (non-delivery, quality complaints, fraud, etc.)
• Maintaining clear spreadsheets & reports per store
• Identifying patterns and weak points in products, shipping, or customer communication
• Proactively suggesting improvements to reduce chargebacks and refunds
