JOB OVERVIEW

We're an e-commerce brand selling clothing online. We run on Shopify and Whop, and we're looking for someone to fully own our chargebacks and disputes.

You'll be the only person handling this, so you get to run it your way as long as we win more cases and get fewer disputes over time.

What you'll do:

-> Handle every chargeback and dispute in Shopify Payments and Whop, always before the deadline
-> Build the evidence for each case: order details, tracking and delivery proof, customer messages
-> Track our win rate and chargeback ratio, and report on it monthly
-> Spot patterns and tell us what's causing the disputes, so we can fix it at the source

What we're looking for
-> Minimum 3 years of chargeback or dispute experience at an e-commerce company fashion or apparel strongly preferred
-> Hands-on experience with Shopify Payments: Whop is a plus
