JOB OVERVIEW

VIRTUAL ASSISTANT — YOUTUBE ACCOUNT TESTING (ANTIDETECT BROWSER EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)

Type: Part-time, project-based to start (long-term role for the right person)
Rate: 100$/month
Hours: Roughly 2–4 hours of active work per day during a testing cycle, plus periodic check-ins

ABOUT THE JOB

I run a network of faceless YouTube channels. Before we publish real content on a new account, we test it — some accounts never get impressions at all, while others pick up impressions fast. Your job is to run that testing process end to end.

The full workflow is documented in step-by-step video SOPs, so you won't need to figure anything out on your own. What I need from you is the ability to follow instructions exactly, in the exact order given, and to ask questions the ---------- nt anything is unclear.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Set up browser profiles in an antidetect browser using proxies I provide
- Run IP quality checks on each profile and log the results in a tracking sheet
- Log into the accounts I provide and warm them up with natural YouTube activity over several hours (this mostly runs in the background across multiple profiles — you just check in periodically)
- Record simple real-world footage on your phone and upload short test videos to each channel
- Track each channel's impressions over the following days and record everything in the sheet

The exact settings, tools, and steps are all covered in the SOPs once you're hired.

REQUIREMENTS

- Hands-on experience with antidetect browsers (AdsPower, Multilogin, GoLogin, Dolphin, Incogniton, etc.) — mandatory, do not apply without it
- Basic understanding of proxies
- A computer that can run at least 5–6 browser profiles at the same time (16GB RAM ideal)
- A smartphone that can record widescreen/landscape video
- Stable internet and availability to check on profiles at intervals throughout the day
- Extreme attention to detail: one wrong setting invalidates an entire testing cycle
- You ask questions instead of assuming. If something is unclear, I want a message, not a guess
- Basic written English: You'll write short, simple video titles and descriptions yourself (no AI tools for this)

NICE TO HAVE

- Experience with YouTube channel warming or account farming
- Familiarity with YouTube Studio analytics
- Experience managing multiple Gmail accounts

WHAT YOU GET

- Video SOPs for every single task
- All tools, proxies, and accounts provided
- Direct communication with me (the owner) and fast answers to any questions
- If the first testing cycle goes well, this grows into a long-term role handling daily video publishing across my main channels

HOW TO APPLY

Start your application with the word GREENLIGHT so I know you actually read this post. Then answer these four questions:

1. Which antidetect browsers have you used, and what did you use them for?
2. How much RAM does your computer have, and how many browser profiles can you run at once?
3. Have you done YouTube account warming or channel testing before? Briefly describe what you did.
4. What hours are you available each day, and what is your timezone?

Write your application yourself. This job requires you to write in your own words, and AI-written applications are easy to spot.

Applications that don't start with the code word or skip the questions will not be read.
