JOB OVERVIEW

# Overview
We are seeking passionate Traditional Illustrators and Artists who can meticulously replicate and trace digital sample images onto paper using physical art mediums.

This is a remote, freelance, and project-based position, but it is STRICTLY LIMITED to candidates who can ship or deliver finished physical artworks to our office in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. Even if you are an entry-level artist, you are welcome to apply as long as you can draw accurately and carefully.

# Key Responsibilities
- Hand-draw and color characters, compositions, and backgrounds on A4-size paper based on the digital sample images provided.
- Faithfully replicate the original composition, character details, clothing, expressions, coloring, and shading (No need to create original concepts).
- Finish the artwork completely by hand (Digital artwork/digital printing is NOT accepted).
- Submit digital scans or clear photos for review before shipping, and deliver the physical drawings to our Lapu-Lapu City office once approved.

# Required Paper & Art Supplies
- Paper: A4 size (210×297mm) Kent paper, watercolor paper, or any paper suitable for your art mediums.
- Mediums: Mechanical pencils, pencils, Copic markers, watercolors, colored pencils, etc.
*Note: All costs for paper, art supplies, and materials are already fully included in the compensation rates below.*

# Quality Review & Shipping Workflow
1. **Pre-Shipping Review:** Before sending the physical artwork, you must send a high-quality digital scan or clear, well-lit photo of the finished drawing via email for our evaluation and quality check.
2. **Approval & Revision:** If any adjustments are needed, revisions must be made. Once the artwork is approved, you may proceed to shipping.
3. **Bulk Delivery:** To minimize handling and effort, you will batch and ship/deliver 3 to 5 completed drawings together (approximately one week's worth of work) at one time.
4. **Delivery Method:** Physical artworks must be protected against bending, water damage, and stains. You can ship them via local couriers (e.g., LBC, JRS Express, J&T Express) or deliver them via on-demand delivery apps (e.g., Lalamove, Grab) to our Lapu-Lapu City office.
*(Note: Local shipping and delivery fees are already fully included in the compensation rates below).*

# Compensation (Paid via GCash)
1. **Trial Phase (First 3 drawings):** 150 PHP per drawing.
2. **Official Hire Phase:** 250 PHP to 400 PHP per finished drawing.
- Rate increases based on quality, performance, and duration of the contract.
- All rates are flat-rate and fully inclusive of paper, art supplies, and local shipping/delivery fees.
- Payment will be processed via GCash.

# Rights, Confidentiality & Prohibited Actions
- Upon inspection and payment, all ownership, copyrights, and commercial rights of the artwork will transfer to our company.
- Posting the sample images, finished artworks, or copies on social media, portfolios, or utilizing them as work samples for other companies is strictly prohibited. All project details are subject to strict non-disclosure.
- Unauthorized use or distribution of the original source images or providing samples to any third party will result in immediate termination.

# How to Apply

3. Your availability for long-term continuous work (How many drawings can you finish per week?).
4. Confirmation of agreement regarding rates, shipping workflow, and confidentiality terms.
