Job Overview:

We are a UK-based mortgage company looking for a dependable and organised Case Manager to handle the day-to-day progress of our mortgage applications.

Your main role is to ensure each case moves smoothly—from submission to offer—by keeping everything updated, following up and communicating with clients, and making sure all required documents are complete.

You will work closely with the Director and help streamline the process by managing information, tracking deadlines, and ensuring no case is left behind.

Skills & Experience

- Experience as a Case Manager, Mortgage Administrator, or similar role (preferred)
- Good understanding of the UK mortgage process or willing to learn
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Very organised and detail-oriented
- Able to update and manage multiple cases daily
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
- Can work independently with minimal supervision

Technical Requirements

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfortable using CRMs (ideally Smartr365) and Trello
- Can learn new lender systems and portals quickly

Equipment Needed

- Laptop
- Reliable high-speed internet
