Specifically, We are looking for someone who can manage a large volume of court-related information, communicate with clients, and make sure important details never fall through the cracks.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Every day you will:

* Call courts regarding court dates and case information
* Obtain docket numbers and case status updates
* Verify court settings and upcoming appearances
* Update the pms with accurate notes and case information
* Follow up on motions, judgments, and case closures
* Communicate with clients regarding court dates and case updates
* Send payment reminders and follow-up communications
* Review files for missing information
* Flag issues before they become problems
* Document all activity thoroughly and accurately

This is a high-volume position.

You should expect to make 30–40 calls per day to courts and clients.

## REQUIREMENTS

* Excellent written and spoken English
* Reliable internet connection
* Quiet workspace
* Ability to work 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time
* Strong attention to detail

Experience working in a law firm is helpful but not required.
