About Us:
We are partnering with a growing U.S.-based home care agency dedicated to delivering compassionate, reliable care to clients in their homes. We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Caregiver Relationship Coordinator to join the team remotely from the Philippines as an Independent Contractor.
Role Overview:
As a Caregiver Relationship Coordinator, you will support caregiver engagement, retention, and workforce support initiatives to strengthen caregiver satisfaction and service quality. This role plays a key part in facilitating communication, addressing workforce concerns, and supporting performance improvement initiatives. The position requires working U.S. business hours to ensure real-time coordination and workforce support.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular caregiver check-ins and engagement communications
Coordinate performance feedback and recognition initiatives
Support resolution of caregiver concerns related to assignments or workplace issues
Monitor caregiver satisfaction and retention indicators
Assist with workforce support programs and training coordination
Maintain caregiver engagement tracking and reporting systems
Support and follow-up initiatives aimed at improving caregiver retention and service quality
Prepare and maintain monthly reports regarding caregiver updates and workforce issues
Requirements:
>Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
>At least 2 years of experience in employee engagement, HR support, or coordination roles
>Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
>Excellent written and verbal communication skills
>Experience supporting remote workforce environments is preferred
>Ability to handle sensitive workforce concerns with professionalism and discretion
>Understanding of caregiver workforce dynamics is an advantage
>Ability to work consistently during U.S. business hours
>Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
>Commitment to being part of a small, growing remote team
>Agrees to undergo HIPAA and Cybersecurity training
