About us
Heritage Senior Care is a third-generation, California-licensed non-medical home care agency. We help families keep seniors safe and supported at home. We are hiring a remote caregiver recruiter to support our California recruiting lead and keep a steady pipeline of quality caregivers.

Schedule
• Monday–Friday, overlapping Pacific Time office hours (target about 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM PT, or a close block we agree on)
• Philippines local time for that window is overnight / early morning — confirm you can work that schedule reliably
• Occasional flexibility for candidate callbacks is a plus

What you will do
• Source caregivers located in the United States (California) on Indeed and other job boards we use (post, boost, and refresh ads as directed)
• Screen applications and resumes against our playbook (geo, experience, reliability signals, red flags)
• Message and phone-screen candidates; schedule interviews with our California recruiting lead
• Keep a clean daily pipeline tracker: new apps, contacted, interviewed, offered, hired, declined
• Follow up with warm candidates who went quiet
• Chase new-hire paperwork until complete (Home Care Aide registry, Live Scan fingerprint appointment, TB test, onboarding forms), then hand ready candidates to our California recruiting lead for interview and orientation
• Prepare short candidate summaries before interviews (no guessing — only what’s in the application and screening notes)
• Help with light recruiting admin: job post updates, interview calendar holds, reminder texts/emails
• Work inside the tools we assign (email, spreadsheet/ATS notes, Indeed, chat with the office)
• Back up our scheduling team during weekday hours when needed: call and text available caregivers to fill open or call-off shifts, and update the schedule in our scheduling software as directed

What you will NOT do
• You do not recruit or screen caregiver applicants located outside the United States
• You do not make final hire decisions, run interviews or orientation, or verify documents in person (our California team does)
• You do not give clinical advice or discuss client medical details
• You do not handle overnight / weekend on-call staffing (that is covered separately); scheduling backup is weekday Pacific Time hours only
• You do not post or change paid ad spend without approval

Requirements
• Prior recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or high-volume phone screening experience (healthcare, caregiving, CNA, BPO staffing, or U.S. client hiring strongly preferred)
• Clear written English; clear phone English with little accent preferred (video intro and a live call are part of the interview)
• Comfortable working U.S. Pacific Time weekday hours from the Philippines
• Organized, fast follow-up, and comfortable following a written hiring playbook
• Quiet workspace, headset, webcam, stable internet, reliable computer and phone
• Honest about rates and availability in your application

Nice to have
• Experience hiring caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, or similar for U.S. agencies
• Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, or ATS experience
• Home care scheduling experience (AxisCare, WellSky, or similar shift-filling software)
• California or U.S. home-care / healthcare staffing exposure
