JOB OVERVIEW

About Us:
We're launching new YouTube gaming channels and are looking for a dedicated CapCut video editor to join our team from the ground up. This is an opportunity to grow with us as we scale our content production.

Position Overview:
This is a near full-time position (depending on how many videos you can handle) editing long-form YouTube videos at $30 per video. We need someone who can deliver high-quality edits with fast turnaround times and maintain consistency with our established editing style. We're looking for someone who is committed and will take this position seriously, is a hard worker and is loyal looking to build long-term with us.

Key Requirements:
- 24-hour turnaround time required - We operate on a fast production schedule and need editors who can deliver quickly without sacrificing quality
- Long-form content only - You'll be editing full 10-20+ minute videos, not shorts
- Proven expertise in CapCut video editing
- Ability to match an existing editing style precisely
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Reliable communication and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Understanding of comedic timing, ---------- s and tone
- Understanding how to use music to push and match emotion/tone of video

Trial Edit Required:
Before hiring, you must complete a trial edit to demonstrate your skills. This is mandatory for all applicants.

In the "TRIAL EDIT" folder, you will find a fully edited reference video called "EXAMPLE VIDEO" (the style we want) and then raw footage for a different video called "EDIT THIS VIDEO", try to match the style perfectly. I also provided VFX, SFX, pop-ups, etc. but feel free to use new SFX and additional VFX/effects in CapCut as well.

Edit the FULL VIDEO using the raw footage - not just a portion:
Match the editing style of the reference video as closely as possible
Send back your completed edit

You will be judged on:
Turnaround speed - How quickly can you complete the full edit?
Style accuracy - How closely does your edit match the reference video?

Compensation & Workload:
- $30 per video (starting rate)
- Near full-time workload available - the amount of work depends entirely on how many videos you can handle while maintaining quality and meeting the 24-hour deadline
- Consistent, ongoing work for the right candidate
