ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a fast growing health and wellness brand on Instagram and Facebook built around an AI generated character. We produce short form video content daily and need a reliable detail oriented video editor who can take pre-generated video clips and assemble them into polished finished videos ready to post.

This is a long term ongoing position with consistent daily work. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and can follow detailed instructions precisely and consistently.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Every day you will receive a Notion page with all the information you need for each video including the full script, text hook, caption, hashtags, and clip order. The video clips will already be generated and organized in a shared Google Drive folder. Your job is to assemble everything in CapCut, process the audio through ElevenLabs, and save the finished video to our shared CapCut cloud space.

Specifically you will:

- Open the Notion page for each assigned video
- Download the corresponding clips from Google Drive
- Assemble clips in the correct order in CapCut
- Export the audio from the assembled video
- Upload the audio into ElevenLabs and apply our custom avatar voice
- Download the processed audio from ElevenLabs
- Replace the original audio in CapCut with the new ElevenLabs audio
- Add the text hook as bold on screen text at the opening of the video
- Add captions using CapCut's auto caption feature — clean up any errors
- Export and save the finished video to our shared CapCut cloud folder
- Label each video clearly by the name given in the Notion page
- If you finish your assigned videos and have extra time — check the Notion page for additional videos to work ahead on

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Fluent in CapCut — you must already know how to use it confidently
- Comfortable learning and using ElevenLabs for voice processing — full training provided
- Strong attention to detail — clips must be in the exact right order and audio must sync properly
- Ability to follow written instructions without needing constant supervision
- Reliable and consistent — we need someone who shows up every day
- Good internet connection for downloading and uploading video and audio files
- Experience editing short form social media content is a plus
- English reading comprehension — you will be reading scripts and captions

VIDEO SPECS

- All videos are 9:16 vertical format
- Length varies — 1 minute to 2.5 minutes per video
- 1 to 5 videos per day depending on the batch
- We are looking to produce a minimum of 100 videos per month
- Content is health and wellness — clean professional tone
- No graphic or inappropriate content
