JOB OVERVIEW

I run a content/media brand and need reliable people to both edit short-form videos and post/manage the social accounts that carry them. You'll follow a clear style guide and format library I provide. No guessing, no reinventing the approach.

What You'll Do:

Edit short-form videos/images following our format library and brand style guide (CapCut or similar)
Post content to assigned account(s) on schedule
Follow captioning, hashtag, and posting rules exactly
Track everything you post in a shared tracker
Communicate with our ---------- manager for questions, feedback, and approvals

Pay:
$30/month base pay, paid in two halves — half at the start of the month, half at the end.
Plus monthly leaderboard prizes for top performers: 1st place $200, 2nd $100, 3rd $75, 4th–10th $25 each.
Plus low-hanging-fruit bonus tasks, first-come-first-served each month.
Your total pay is base + whatever you earn from the leaderboard and bonus tasks combined.

What I Need From You:

Comfortable editing short-form video/photo content (CapCut or similar)
Reliable internet + a smartphone or computer capable of editing/posting
Available 10 hours/week
Strong attention to detail — you follow the style guide precisely
Good written English for captions

Monthly Review: Activity is reviewed at the end of each month. Anyone not posting enough or not generating sufficient engagement will be removed to keep the community active. All pay for work completed is still paid in full regardless of review outcome.
