JOB OVERVIEW

Hi there! I run a few e-commerce brands that are launching in new countries. We have a large library of English video ads that need to be adapted into other languages, and I'm looking for a dependable CapCut editor to handle this.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

For each video, I'll provide the original ad, a translated voiceover file and the script. Your job is to replace the original audio with the new voiceover, generate captions using CapCut's auto-caption feature, line them up with the audio, and adjust the timing wherever it's off. No knowledge of the language is required. Most videos run 1–3 minutes, and I'll share a Loom video that walks you through the whole process step by step.

On some videos, you'll also need to add B-roll clips, either by creating them with AI video tools or by sourcing suitable stock footage.

WHO I'M LOOKING FOR

Someone who knows their way around CapCut (auto-captions, audio editing, speed changes)
A detail-oriented person who catches small timing issues
Someone dependable who picks up a video when it arrives and tells me when it's finished
Big plus: experience generating video clips with AI tools, or finding good stock footage that fits an ad

HOW WE'LL START

We'll begin with a paid test: one real video for $15, with the tutorial included. If it goes well, there's steady ongoing work that will increase as we launch in more markets. Once we have a clearer picture of the volume, we'll work out the rate and setup together.

TO APPLY

Begin your proposal with the word KAFFE so I know you've read the full post. Then tell me:

Links to 2–3 videos you've edited in CapCut, plus a short note on what you did on each
How long you've been using CapCut
Have you created video clips with AI tools or sourced B-roll before? If so, which tools or sites did you use?
Whether you're currently working with other clients, and how many hours a week you could give this project

Brief answers are totally fine. Only applications that follow these steps will be considered.

Thanks, and I look forward to your application! ?
