JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for an advanced editor who can use Capcut to create Tiktok, IG, and Youtube Shorts videos for me. I will film and upload raw footage to a Google folder, you compile/create story lines and possibly suggest scripts, and then upload completed videos in a Google Drive folder where Claude will grab them and post for us. I have tried out a few AI editing tools, but haven't found something that doesn't have issues so I need some help for awhile until we get another process going. You may be asked to help with ancillary editing tasks as well. I am not looking for a beginner editor. While the edits I need are simple, I am looking for someone that can see a video and easily implement the desired style quickly. Must pay attention to details and follow instructions. Must show video examples.

Selected candidate will need to complete two short editing tasks as part of the interview process.
