We are building a new talent discovery platform that helps candidates get seen beyond the resume and helps employers discover people through communication, presence, and better profile presentation.
We are looking for a Candidate Sourcing Associate who will help us manually bring strong candidates onto the platform, especially in high-demand job categories and target countries.
This role is outreach-heavy. You will identify promising candidates, contact them, explain the opportunity clearly, and guide them to complete their profile and interview on our platform.
What You Will Do:
- Find strong candidates in target roles and countries
- Reach out to candidates through online platforms, job communities, social channels, and professional networks
- Pitch candidates on why joining the platform is valuable for them
- Explain that selected candidates may be featured and promoted to employers
- Encourage candidates to create an account, complete their guided interview/profile, and send back their finished profile link
- Follow up with candidates until they complete onboarding
- Keep candidate records organized and updated
- Help identify which professions, countries, and candidate types respond best
- Suggest new sourcing channels and communities
- Maintain quality standards while sourcing at volume

Required Skills:
