JOB OVERVIEW

Remote | Full-time | Competitive base + performance bonus
We build and run cold outbound systems for B2B companies. Full chain: strategy, messaging, infrastructure, lead sourcing, execution, reply handling. We're scaling fast and need someone to own the client strategy layer and make sure everything moves. This isn't just a job. The role

You're the client's main point of contact. You take their calls, understand their business, make the campaign decisions, and make sure the messaging is sharp before it goes live. Once campaigns are running, you monitor performance and make sure nothing stalls. You direct the teams underneath you, not by doing their work, but by making sure they follow through on theirs. If something is stuck, you unstick it. If a campaign is underperforming, you flag it and adjust.
What you do

Take onboarding and strategy calls with clients. Understand their ICP, how they sell, what makes them different, and how they want to sound. Configure campaigns by choosing the right approach for each client. Review and QA all messaging before it goes out. Get client sign-off on their campaigns. Hand off clean specs to the execution team. Monitor live campaigns and flag what needs attention. Direct the infrastructure, implementation, and VA teams to make sure deliverables are completed on time. Chase anything that's idle. Be the person who makes sure every client is moving through the pipeline and nothing falls through the cracks.

What you don't do
Set up domains, email accounts, LinkedIn accounts, or any infrastructure yourself. Build anything in any tool yourself. Write code. Handle lead sourcing or data. The teams and systems do all of that. You make sure it gets done.
Who you are

Young, hungry, and experienced. You've already done this, you've run cold outbound at an agency, as a freelancer, or in-house, and you're looking for something bigger. You know what good cold messaging looks like and what gets ignored. You can sit on a call with a business owner and walk away understanding exactly what they need. You have opinions about outbound. You're fast, direct, and you don't let things sit. You're the person who checks the dashboard, sees something at zero, and chases the right person until it's not at zero anymore.

Experience with Clay, n8n, or working at an outbound agency is a strong plus. US/UK based preferred.
Bonus if you play strategy games. Civ, HOI4, EU4, map games, anything where you're thinking about resource allocation, positioning, and long-term moves. This role is the same thing. Pure strategy, no grunt work. If you enjoy those games, you'll enjoy this.

We're not hiring someone who wants to clock in and clock out. We're looking for someone who sees where this is going and wants to grow with it. The right person in this role will be running a significant part of this operation within months.
