JOB OVERVIEW

What you'll do

Build and load campaigns into our DSPs exactly to spec — targeting, budgets, creatives, naming conventions — and leave them paused/draft, never live. Launch happens only on explicit go.
Monitor live and newly-launched campaigns in Ringba throughout the day. Watch performance against a defined ruleset and pause underperformers the ---------- nt they hit kill thresholds — no waiting, no "let's give it another hour."
Pull and report delivery/performance numbers on a set cadence.
Source and organize competitor creative: pull competitor video ads from the Facebook Ad Library, clip them to spec, name them by our convention, and file them into the correct folders in our Google Drive "assets" library. No misfiles, no mislabels — the library has to be trustworthy.
Keep the campaign and creative library clean: correct naming, correct files, nothing mislabeled.

Non-negotiables

You follow SOPs to the letter. This role rewards precision and discipline, not creativity or "optimization ideas."
You act fast on kill rules. Hesitation costs money here.
You never set a campaign live without explicit sign-off. Ever.
You flag anything outside the ruleset to leadership — you don't improvise.

Requirements

Fast, reliable internet (hardwired strongly preferred) — this is a real-time monitoring role and lag costs money. We may ask you to run a speed test.
A backup connection or plan if your primary drops mid-shift.
Comfortable with basic video clipping tools and organized file management.

You're a fit if

You're meticulous, fast, and comfortable doing the same high-stakes process correctly every single time.
You can stare at dashboards for hours and actually catch the thing that moves.
You take direction cleanly and don't need to put your stamp on things.

Not a fit if

You want strategy, autonomy, or to "own" the buying.
You get bored with repetitive execution.
