JOB OVERVIEW

About Us:
Soothenest Web Agency is a digital company that helps dental clinics attract more patients by building high-converting websites. We focus on delivering solutions that help clinics grow their business, not just creating websites.

Job Role:
We are looking for highly motivated callers and sales closers who can:

Call dental clinics
Introduce our services clearly and confidently
Send demo websites via WhatsApp
Follow up with interested prospects
Close deals and collect advance payments

This role goes beyond making calls. The primary responsibility is to convert leads into paying clients.

Work Process:

Make calls to dental clinics
Create interest within a 30–60 second conversation
Send demo website via WhatsApp
Follow up with the client
Close the deal
Collect 50?vance payment

You will handle the client until the payment is completed.

Salary and Bonuses:

Base Salary: $600 per month
Performance Bonus: $100 for closing 5 deals in a day

Higher performance leads to higher earnings.

Working Schedule:

Monday to Saturday
09:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Sunday off

Call Expense Support:
Call expenses will be reimbursed at the end of the month.

Payment Cycle:
Monthly payments

Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh

Daily Targets:

250 calls per day
5 to 7 deals per day

Candidate Requirements:

Confident English communication skills
Comfortable speaking with clients
Ability to handle objections
Strong follow-up skills
Consistent and goal-oriented mindset

Not Suitable For:

Those who are not serious about sales
Those unwilling to follow up consistently
Those looking to try temporarily without commitment

Important Note:
Success in this role depends on consistent follow-up, persistence, and the ability to ask for payment. Candidates who are serious about performance-based earnings will find this a strong opportunity.
