JOB OVERVIEW

Company: Excalibur Water
Location: Remote
Time Zone: Eastern Time Zone
Compensation: $500/month base pay, paid weekly + commission ($50 for a new dealer order, No Cap)

Example:
Week 1 - (Base $125) + 2 dealer orders
Week 2 -(Base $125) + 1 dealer order
Week 3 - (Base $125) + 2 dealer orders
Week 4 - (Base $125) + 3 dealer orders
Commission Pay Out: 8 total new orders x $50 = $400 + $500 base = $900

About Excalibur Water

Excalibur Water is a full-home water filtration company helping homeowners and dealers provide cleaner, safer, better-quality water solutions. We are looking for a reliable, professional caller to help us contact dealers, follow up with leads, and support our growth.

Position Overview

We are hiring a remote caller to make outbound calls, follow up with prospective dealers, and help move conversations forward inside our CRM system. This role is ideal for someone who speaks excellent English, is comfortable on the phone, and already understands how to use GoHighLevel.

We provide the calling software. You provide the equipment, professionalism, and consistency.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective dealers and contacts.

Follow up with leads through calls, SMS, and CRM tasks.

Use GoHighLevel to manage contacts, notes, call outcomes, and follow-up activity.

Book qualified conversations or move interested dealers to the next step.

Communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently.

Keep accurate records of all calls, conversations, and dealer status.

Work during Eastern Time Zone business hours.

Represent Excalibur Water in a professional and positive way.

Requirements

Must speak great English.

Must understand how to use GoHighLevel.

Must have a reliable computer.

Must have reliable high-speed internet.

Must have a quality headset.

Must be dependable, organized, and consistent.

Must be comfortable making outbound calls.

Must be able to follow scripts, take notes, and update CRM records properly.

Sales, appointment-setting, dealer outreach, or cold-calling experience is preferred.

Compensation

Base pay: $500 per month

Paid weekly

Commission: $50 for the first order a dealer makes

We provide the calling software.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal person is confident, coachable, consistent, and professional. You do not need to be aggressive, but you do need to be comfortable talking to people, asking questions, following up, and staying organized in the CRM.
