Most of our leads come directly from our website and paid advertising, meaning you’ll be speaking with customers who already requested information.

We are growing quickly and are looking for dependable, long-term tea ---------- mbers to help manage inbound and outbound calls.

Job Description:
We are hiring a Customer Support & Call Specialist to handle both inbound and outbound calls. Your main responsibility will be answering new leads quickly, following up with interested customers, and ensuring all call details are properly documented.

This role is remote and intended for candidates based in the Philippines who are comfortable working U.S. Eastern Time hours.

Work Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Occasional weekend availability may be required
Must be punctual and available during assigned hours

Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls from U.S.-based customers
Make outbound follow-up calls to new and existing leads
Speak clearly and professionally in English
Collect customer details and update call notes accurately
Follow call and response-time guidelines
Represent the company in a professional and respectful manner

Requirements:

Previous experience with inbound and outbound calls
Strong English communication skills (neutral or clear accent required)
Ability to confidently speak with U.S.-based customers
Comfortable working EST hours from the Philippines
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Basic computer and CRM skills

Preferred (Not Required):

Experience working with U.S. companies
CRM experience (HubSpot or similar)
Sales support or lead qualification background
