JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We are looking for a Call Setter to join our team and help generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound calls and consistent follow-ups.

The ideal candidate is confident speaking with prospects, comfortable making cold calls, and motivated by booking qualified appointments for the sales team.

Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective clients
2. Follow up with leads through phone, email, and LinkedIn
3. Introduce our services and identify potential client needs
4. Qualify prospects based on established criteria
5. Book qualified appointments for the sales team
6. Handle basic questions and objections professionally
7. Maintain accurate notes and update lead information
8. Follow up consistently with prospects who have shown interest
9. Meet daily and weekly outreach and booking targets
10. Track and report call activity and results

Requirements
1 Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or sales
2. Confident and professional phone communication
3. Strong English communication skills
4. Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
5. Able to handle rejection and objections positively
6. Self-motivated and target-driven
7. Organized and consistent with follow-ups
8. Good time-management skills
9. Comfortable working remotely
10. Experience with CRM or sales tools is a plus
