We’re a UK-based home improvement company serving customers across London, hiring full-time remote Sales & Booking Agents. Your main goal is simple: convert enquiries into booked jobs quickly, accurately, and professionally.

What success looks like in this role:
You confidently guide calls/messages to a clear outcome: booking confirmed
You gather the right details fast, give accurate quotes, and handle objections calmly
You follow up leads until they’re either booked or closed off properly
Your day-to-day
Answer inbound calls and messages from customers
Ask the right questions to qualify the job (postcode, items, access/floors, lift/stairs, parking, timing)
Provide quotes using our pricing rules and guidelines
Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings (this is the priority)
Follow up missed calls, warm leads, and open enquiries
Update notes and booking records clearly and accurately
What we’re looking for:
2 to 3+ years call centre experience
Strong sales/closing/booking background (telesales, inbound sales, service booking, upsell)
Confident objection handling and a results-focused mindset
Excellent spoken and written English with a clear phone manner
Reliable attendance and consistency (this matters)
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
Remote setup required
Stable internet connection
Working schedule (UK business hours):
10 hours per day
6 days per week
Night shift in the Philippines (aligned to UK time)
