We’re a UK-based rubbish removal company serving customers across London, and we’re looking for a full-time remote Customer Support & Sales Agent to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, handling fast-moving enquiries, and helping people book the right service quickly and efficiently. You’ll need to be organised, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a busy operational environment.
What you’ll be doing
Answering inbound calls and messages from customers
Asking the right questions to understand the job properly
Collecting booking details such as postcode, type of waste, item list, floor level, access, parking, and preferred time slot
Preparing quotes using our pricing structure and service rules
Converting leads into confirmed bookings
Following up missed calls, open enquiries, and warm leads
Updating records accurately and keeping communication clear and professional
What we’re looking for
At least 2 to 3 years of call centre experience
Previous sales, booking, telesales, or closing experience
Strong spoken and written English
Clear, confident phone manner
Good listening skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to handle objections and move conversations towards a booking
Comfortable working independently from home
Reliable attendance and consistency

Confident communicating with both customers and operational teams
Nice to have:
Experience in home services, removals, cleaning, maintenance, or trades
Experience dealing with UK-based customers
Familiarity with quoting, dispatch, bookings, or lead follow-up

Computer/laptop suitable for full-time remote work
Working schedule
10 hours per day
6 days per week
Night shift in the Philippines
