JOB OVERVIEW

We're building a remote call center for a US home services company and need an experienced Team Lead to train, coach and manage a team of 4–8 agents.

What you'll do
- Onboard and train new CSRs, sales agents and dispatchers
- Monitor calls, score quality and give daily coaching
- Track KPIs: answer rate, booking rate, handle time, follow-up completion
- Build and maintain scripts, SOPs and FAQs
- Manage shift schedules and coverage; report weekly to management
- Step in to take calls during peak times

Requirements
- 2+ years in a call center with at least 1 year as Team Lead, Supervisor or QA
- US-based client experience; home services/field service is a strong plus
- Experience with time-tracking and CRM tools (Hubstaff, Workiz or similar)
- Excellent English, organized, fair and firm with a team
- Available during US Eastern Time hours
