JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for experienced Call Center Professionals who have strong sales experience and excellent communication skills. You’ll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers, and closing sales effectively.

Responsibilities:
-Make outbound calls to potential leads and follow up with existing ones
-Take inbound calls to either handle customer inquiries and/or assist customers with purchase.
-Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain performance metrics
-Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress

Requirements:
-Proven experience in call center or telesales roles
-Excellent spoken and written English
-Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused attitude
-Ability to work independently and meet targets
-Stable internet connection and quiet workspace
