WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Follow-Up with Warm Leads: Talk to guests who already showed interest—like people who canceled a booking or stayed with us before. You’ll reach out by phone or email to see how we can help, share new spots they might like, and help them plan their next stay. No cold calling, ever!
- AI Assistance: We use AI to identify users who either abandoned their cart during checkout or are no longer actively staying with us. The AI calls these users to see if they need help completing their booking. If they do, we connect them with you to finalize their reservation.
- Subscription: We offer a subscription plan that gives guests access to all of our locations. When someone calls to cancel, your job is to explain the benefits and value of staying subscribed, and help them make the most of their membership.
- Mega Team Retreats: We fly everyone in from our U.S. and Asia team to Bonifacio Global City for Mega Team Retreats. All expenses paid. Flights. Hotels. Vibes. Steak Dinners. Pilates. MMA. Painting. Drinks. Connection.
