We are a growing health company focused on helping people lose weight and improve their health through modern telehealth programs.
We are looking for a highly capable CX Care Coordinator who will work closely with the founder to support patient experience, community growth, and internal systems.
This role requires someone who is smart, technical, detail-oriented, and proactive. You will become the founder’s right hand in helping manage patient experience, growth initiatives, and operational systems.
Key Requirements (Important)
We are specifically looking for someone who has:
• Experience with GLP-1 weight loss programs (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, etc.)
• Strong design sense (Canva or similar tools)
• A sharp eye for detail
• Excellent written English and communication
• Comfort working with modern tools and systems
This is not just a support role. We want someone who can think, suggest improvements, and help build systems.
What You’ll Do
Patient Experience (CX)
• Respond to patient questions via chat,
• Help guide patients through onboarding and program questions
• Follow up with leads who expressed interest but didn’t sign up
• Ensure patients feel supported throughout their journey
Growth & Community
• Help improve patient engagement and retention
• Assist with community engagement initiatives
• Identify testimonials and patient success stories
• Suggest improvements to the patient journey
Design & Content
• Create social media graphics and visual content
• Prepare content for community posts and marketing
• Maintain strong visual consistency and quality
• Ensure marketing materials look professional and polished
Systems & Operations
• Help manage and improve CX systems such as:
• Intercom
•
• CRM tools
automation workflows
• Help identify friction points in onboarding and support
•Work closely with the founder to improve internal processes
Who This Role Is Perfect For
