Customer Service & Client Onboarding Specialist (Remote)

Role Overview:
We are hiring a Customer Service Specialist to manage client onboarding, communication, and day-to-day support.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding
• Confirm client registration and account setup
• Create and manage client profiles in internal systems
• Ensure all client information is accurate and consistent
• Send login credentials and onboarding instructions
• Guide clients through completing required steps
Customer Communication
• Respond to inbound messages (SMS, CRM, etc.)
• Send onboarding instructions and follow-ups
• Notify clients of updates and next steps
• Provide clear, professional, and timely responses
• Maintain consistent communication throughout the client journey
CRM & Operations Support
• Update and maintain client records
• Track onboarding progress and completion
• Follow up with clients who have not completed required steps
• Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time
Ideal Candidate:
Required:
• Strong written English communication
• Customer service experience (chat, SMS, or CRM-based)
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy
• Ability to follow structured processes and SOPs
• Comfortable learning and using multiple platforms
Preferred:
• Experience with CRM systems
• Experience in credit, finance, or service-based businesses
• Prior remote work experience

• Client data is accurate and well-managed
• Tasks are completed consistently without errors
Schedule:
This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be available during core business hours and maintain consistent communication throughout their shift.
Compensation:
