ABOUT THE ROLE
You are the face of our company to sellers from contract signing to closing day. Every update, every scheduled appointment, every document — yours to own. This is a relationship management role in a fast-moving wholesale operation, not a general admin job.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Seller Communication & Relationships
- Primary point of contact for sellers from contract to close
- Timely, professional updates at every stage — keep sellers informed and confident
- Handle questions with clarity and calm, even when complications arise
Scheduling & Coordination
- Book notaries for signings and closings
- Schedule photos, walkthroughs, inspections, and showings
Pipeline & CRM
- Manage multiple active files — daily CRM and spreadsheet updates
- Proactive follow-up with all parties to keep files moving
- Flag red flags and missing steps to the team immediately
REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
- Minimum 1 year of real estate experience — required
- Acquisitions, dispositions, or seller/customer relations background strongly preferred
- Strong English — written and spoken
- Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
- Able to manage multiple files independently
- Weekend availability highly preferred
- Stable internet, headset, quiet workspace
