We're a fast-growing US telehealth company focused on GLP-1 weight loss care (semaglutide and tirzepatide). We’re hiring an experienced Customer Service Rep who has already worked for a US telehealth or digital healthcare company. PLEASE LIST THE TELEHEALTH COMPANIES YOU HAVE WORKED FOR IN THE PAST OR ARE CURRENTLY WORKING FOR!
What You’ll Do:
• Support patients through Intercom
• Handle order issues, tracking, prescriptions, dosing questions, and account access
• Communicate clearly about semaglutide, tirzepatide, shipping expectations, and general telehealth workflows
• Collaborate with the team in Slack
• Use AI tools to speed up work and follow SOPs
• Maintain warm, clear, patient-first communication in a fast-moving environment
Requirements:
• Must have prior experience working for a US telehealth company (PLEASE SHARE THE NAME OF THE COMPANY)
• Strong knowledge of GLP-1 medications (semaglutide, tirzepatide)
• Experience with Intercom and Slack
• Excellent English (written and spoken)
• Stable high-speed WiFi and quiet workspace
• Strong reading comprehension and ability to follow detailed instructions
• Patient-first, calm under pressure, and strong at problem solving
