Job Overview:

We're seeking a motivated CSR - Lead Specialist to handle lead management and outbound sales in our HVAC company. This role focuses on converting marketed leads into bookings while supporting technicians. Flexible remote or on-site options available. Ideal for sales-oriented individuals who thrive on performance-based earnings.

Work Hours:
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST, Monday-Friday; some ove ---------- required.
Location & Base Pay:

Remote: $5-8/hour base.plus performance pay
On-site (if applicable): Up to $20/hour base.
Focus on performance pay to boost total earnings significantly.



Primary Responsibilities:

Manage inbound marketed leads (forms, texts, emails from Facebook, YouTube, Google, website - no phone calls).

Oversee lead pipeline in HouseCall Pro to advance leads to estimates/jobs.

Conduct outbound calls to customer database to book services (e.g., calling past clients to schedule maintenance, aiming for full schedules).

Support 1-2 assigned technicians: Verify job completion, create on-site estimates with 3-4 options, handle follow-ups.

Handle repair estimates and assist with inbound calls during peak times.

Maintain data integrity in HCP.

Promote products/services (e.g., upselling warranties or accessories during interactions).

Place part orders, locate parts, and issue POs for technicians.

Monitor KPIs/GPS for efficiency; handle complaints and escalate as needed.

On-site only: Follow cleaning policies.

Daily/Weekly/Monthly Examples:

Daily: Process 20+ non-phone leads, make 50 outbound calls to fill schedules 2-3 days ahead.
Weekly: Advance leads through pipeline, support techs on 5-10 jobs with estimate creation/follow-ups.
Monthly: Achieve targets like 85% outbound conversion rate, monitor technician efficiency to minimize return trips.

Performance Indicators (What Success Looks Like):

High lead conversion rates (e.g., 30%+ bookings from outbound).
Accurate pipelines (100% on point).
Technician support efficiency (e.g., travel time ?15 min, full billing).
Low inefficiencies/return trips; strong customer satisfaction.
Data accuracy and 3x3 rule upkeep.

Requirements:

Experience in sales/CSR, preferably HVAC or service industry.
Proficient in CRM tools like HouseCall Pro.
Strong communication, sales persuasion, and multitasking skills.
Reliable internet/phone for remote work.
Commitment to continual learning on products/services.
