JOB OVERVIEW

We are a US based appliance repair company looking to bring on someone that can be in charge scheduling home appliance repair with customers, property management, and warranty companies. Graveyard shift = Tuesday - Friday 9-5 and Sat. 10-3
Hours per week could be flexible for the right candidate of 32 - 45. M-F are flexible, Sat. shift is not.

Candidate has more than 6 months of experience as a CSR. Highly qualified candidate has experience in the appliance repair and/or sales industry. They will also be familiar with excel (formulas, formatting, etc), blogging (using seo and researching key words), is upbeat and positive, and has native-like English both oral and written. The ideal candidate will be able to join our team with this flexible role to improve efficiencies and bring their skillsets to the table, such as customer de-escalation, sales from warm customers, and CRM/email marketing. Compensation dependent on abilities and experience.
