JOB OVERVIEW

I’m Joseph Acho, CEO of Majic Automates. You’ll be working directly with me and our clients.

We’re hiring a **Customer Success Manager + GoHighLevel Expert**.

**Pay: $1,000–$2,500/month**, depending on experience.

This is NOT an entry-level position. You must have experience in both:

* Customer Success / Account Management
* GoHighLevel

## ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll be responsible for managing client relationships while also working directly inside GoHighLevel.

You’ll communicate with customers, manage accounts, solve problems, keep projects moving, and make sure clients feel taken care of.

You’ll also handle common GHL tasks including:

* Managing sub-accounts
* Importing snapshots
* Workflows and automations
* Forms and calendars
* Pipelines and opportunities
* Websites and funnels
* Contacts and custom fields
* Domains, phone numbers, SMS, and email
* Basic troubleshooting

You do not need to know every feature in GHL, but you must have real professional experience using the platform.

You should be:

* Experienced managing customers
* Comfortable speaking with business owners
* Highly organized and reliable
* Strong with GoHighLevel
* Proactive and able to solve problems
* Comfortable managing multiple client accounts
* Clear and professional in communication
* Accountable and able to work without constant supervision

We need someone who can handle both the **technical side of GHL** and the **relationship side of customer success**.
