Overview
We are a U.S.-based company.
Our site is already functional — we need an expert who can turn it into a high-performing intake and consultation booking engine while keeping the existing concepts of a calm, family-centered brand feel and making it clean and performant. This is not a full rebrand.
We are looking for a top-tier conversion designer, not a general web freelancer.
Project Goal
Redesign and optimize our website to increase:
-Consultation bookings
-Insurance inquiry form submissions
-Trust and engagement
-Mobile conversion rate
This role is for someone who understands how clients choose healthcare providers and how healthcare trust signals drive action.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will lead a conversion refresh of our website, including:
-Rewriting and restructuring the homepage for clarity + action
-Designing a stronger above-the-fold hero section with clear CTAs
-Adding trust elements (testimonials, credentials, insurance acceptance)
-Building a simple intake flow (“Free Consult ? Insurance Verify ? Start Therapy”)
-Build dedicated landing pages for different campaigns
-Improving mobile-first conversion (sticky call/book buttons)
-Creating a modern but calm healthcare aesthetic that matches our current vibe
-Ensuring every page drives toward a clear next step
Required Experience (Do Not Apply Without These)
To apply, you must have:
? Proven experience designing lead-gen websites that convert
? Experience in healthcare, therapy, pediatrics, or similar high-trust services
? Strong understanding of UX psychology and decision-making
? Ability to improve copy + layout (not just visuals)
? Portfolio showing measurable results (conversion lifts, booking increases, etc.)
? Experience with modern landing page systems (Webflow, Framer, LandingSite, Wix Studio, etc.)
This Role Is NOT For You If…
-You only do “pretty design” without a conversion strategy
-You rely on templates with generic stock layouts
-You have no experience with service-based or healthcare businesses
-You cannot explain how your work increases leads
-You don’t understand trust-building for parents

-Clear insurance-friendly intake process
-Parents immediately trust us and know what to do next
-Higher consultation bookings and inbound calls
