As we continue to scale, we’re seeking a data-driven CRO Specialist & Web Developer to optimize our website performance, enhance user experience, and drive revenue growth.
???? Role Overview
We are looking for a results-oriented professional who combines Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) expertise with strong web development skills. This role focuses on analyzing user behavior, implementing data-backed improvements, and maintaining a high-performing, user-friendly e-commerce website. The ideal candidate is both analytical and technically proficient, with experience in Shopify and a passion for the beauty or e-commerce industry.
????? Key Responsibilities
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Shopify Analytics.
Identify conversion bottlenecks and recommend data-driven improvements.
Plan, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests.
Optimize landing pages, product pages, and checkout flows to increase conversions and average order value.
Develop strategies to reduce cart abandonment and improve customer retention.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, bounce rate, and customer journey metrics.
Web Development
Design, develop, and maintain the Shopify website.
Customize Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Implement new features, integrations, and third-party applications.
Ensure website responsiveness, speed optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain website security.
Collaborate with designers and marketers to implement CRO-driven changes.
? Qualifications
Proven experience as a CRO Specialist, Web Developer, or in a similar role within e-commerce.
Strong proficiency in Shopify and Shopify Liquid.
Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely).
Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and heat-mapping tools like Hotjar.
Understanding of SEO best practices and website performance optimization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate data insights into actionable improvements.
Excellent communication and project management skills.

Experience in the beauty, haircare, or skincare industry.
Familiarity with Shopify Plus.
Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
