**Title:** CRO / Growth Specialist – Landing Pages + Paid Traffic (A/B Testing Heavy)
We are a fast-growing psychotherapy group practice looking for a highly data-driven CRO / Growth Specialist to build and optimize high-converting landing pages for Google Ads.
This is NOT a traditional design role. We are looking for someone obsessed with experimentation, A/B testing, and measurable performance.
**What You’ll Do:**
* Build and optimize 8–10 diagnosis-specific landing pages (e.g., anxiety, depression, PTSD)
* Create dedicated, distraction-free landing pages for paid traffic (no navigation, conversion-focused)
* Ensure tight message match between Google Ads ? landing pages
* Run frequent, structured A/B tests (headlines, CTAs, layouts, offers)
* Continuously iterate based on performance data
**Tracking & Analytics (Core Requirement):**
You must have hands-on experience with:
* Google Analytics (GA4) — tracking conversion events and analyzing performance
* Google Ads — conversion tracking, CPA, and campaign alignment
* An A/B testing platform such as VWO, Convert, or Zoho PageSense
* Behavior analytics tools such as Hotjar (heatmaps, session recordings)
You should be comfortable setting up and validating tracking across tools (not just using them).
**A/B Testing & Experimentation (Critical):**
* Strong track record of running continuous A/B tests (not one-off changes)
* Ability to form clear hypotheses and prioritize tests based on impact
* Experience maintaining an experimentation system (test backlog, logs, or dashboards)
* Focus on statistically meaningful results, not opinions
**Nice to Have:**
* Experience directly managing or optimizing Google Ads campaigns
* Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or similar platforms
* Experience in healthcare or service-based businesses
**How We’ll Work:**
* Start with 1–2 landing pages as a pilot
* Validate tracking + run rapid A/B tests
* Scale to additional pages based on performance
**To Apply, Please Include:**
1. Examples of landing pages you’ve built for paid traffic
2. Specific results (conversion rate improvements, CPA reductions, etc.)
3. Details of your tracking setup (how you used GA4, Ads, and testing tools)
4. A detailed example of an A/B testing program you’ve run (number of tests, tools, and outcomes)
**Note:** Applications without clear metrics, tracking experience, and experimentation examples will not be considered.
