About the Role
We're a food content brand selling digital cookbooks and we're looking for a CRO expert who knows how to build and optimize a high-converting sales funnel from scratch.
This is not a generalist marketing role. We need someone who lives in SamCart, understands the psychology of selling digital products, and has a proven track record of building checkout funnels, order bumps, and upsell flows specifically for ebooks or digital cookbooks.

What You'll Do
Build our SamCart setup from the ground up — checkout pages, order bumps, and one-click upsell flows
Design bundle offers and pricing structures that maximize average order value
Write or advise on high-converting copy for sales pages, checkout pages, and upsell offers
Set up A/B tests from day one and use data to optimize over time
Build out thank you pages and post-purchase flows that drive repeat buyers
Analyze the full funnel as it grows and fix drop-off points fast
Report on conversion rates, AOV, and revenue impact clearly and regularly
You're the Right Fit If...
You have 3+ years of CRO experience with a specific focus on digital products — ebooks, cookbooks, or courses
You know SamCart deeply — you've built full setups from scratch, not just tweaked existing ones
You can show real conversion data from funnels you've built
You understand buyer psychology and know how to structure an offer that converts
You've worked in the food, recipe, or lifestyle content space — you understand the audience
You think in full funnels, not individual pages
You're detail-obsessed — bad copy, slow load times, and friction in checkout physically bother you
You work independently and bring solutions, not problems

You've only worked with physical product or SaaS funnels — digital ebook sales is a different world
You've used SamCart but never built a full setup from scratch
You can't show real conversion data from past work
You treat CRO as guesswork rather than a structured testing process
