Revenue Operations Lead – UK B2B Infrastructure Platform

Salary: Compensation based on CRM expertise and revenue operations experience.

Remote – Philippines (UK Time Overlap Required)

About the Company

We are a UK-based B2B technology platform operating in a regulated professional services market. Our product modernises a national submission workflow currently dominated by legacy systems.

We are in a rapid growth phase, executing high-volume founder-led outbound and building a structured revenue engine. Precision, discipline and operational control are critical.

This is not a general virtual assistant role. This is a high-responsibility revenue operations position.

The Mission

You will take full ownership of CRM discipline, pipeline control and real-time follow-up execution.

Your responsibility is to ensure:

No lead is lost.

Every call outcome is logged accurately.

Every next action is scheduled.

Every follow-up is executed within 15 minutes.

Every opportunity is surfaced before deadline.

The founder’s outbound engine operates without leakage.

You are the operational control tower.

Core Responsibilities

CRM Management and Pipeline Discipline

Log and categorise 50–80 daily call outcomes accurately inside Attio (or equivalent CRM).

Maintain strict pipeline staging and structured data entry.

Ensure every record contains required fields including timeline, segmentation tags and next action date.

Monitor stagnation rules (48–72 hour alerts).

Audit CRM daily for missing data or broken workflows.

Real-Time Follow-Up Execution

Send personalised follow-up emails within 15 minutes of call completion.

Trigger SMS support messages when required.

Prepare LinkedIn follow-up touchpoints when instructed.

Ensure no delay between call and structured follow-up.

Pipeline Prioritisation

Build daily priority call lists.

Surface urgent opportunities based on timeline triggers.

Flag incomplete records requiring clarification.

Identify stalled opportunities requiring intervention.

Data Research and List Expansion

Build and enrich B2B contact lists.

Use tools such as Apollo, Snov, LinkedIn and data enrichment platforms.

Deduplicate and validate email data.

Segment database by geography, role and firm size.

Maintain structured import processes into CRM.

Reporting and Insight

Produce weekly pipeline summaries including stage counts and stagnation metrics.

Identify leakage points in follow-up process.

Suggest improvements to CRM workflows and automation triggers.

Support implementation of automation tools such as Zapier.

Required Experience

Strong experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio, Pipedrive or similar.

Excellent written English suitable for UK professional audiences.

High attention to detail and structured thinking.

Experience in sales operations, revenue operations or pipeline management preferred.

Comfortable working UK hours and responding in real time.

Working Hours

You must work UK hours approximately 9:00am–5:00pm UK time. This typically equates to 4:00pm–12:00am or 5:00pm–1:00am Philippines time depending on daylight saving.

Live overlap is required.

Compensation

Competitive compensation for high-calibre candidates based on experience and CRM expertise. Compensation will scale with performance.
