Position Summary
Bluestage is seeking a CRM Specialist with experience in GoHighLevel to manage and optimize CRM systems for both internal projects and client accounts.
This role focuses on building automation workflows, managing lead pipelines, implementing marketing funnels, and improving client conversion systems. The CRM Specialist will ensure leads are captured, tracked, and nurtured through automated communication systems that help businesses convert more prospects into customers.
This is a systems-focused role where organization, automation thinking, and attention to detail are critical.

Key Responsibilities
CRM Management
• Build and manage CRM pipelines inside GoHighLevel
• Configure lead stages, opportunity tracking, and contact management
• Ensure accurate tracking of leads, clients, and marketing sources
Marketing Automation
• Build automated workflows for SMS,
• Implement automated lead nurturing campaigns
• Design trigger-based automation sequences to improve conversions
Funnels & Forms
• Build landing pages and lead funnels inside GoHighLevel
• Configure forms, surveys, calendars, and lead capture systems
• Connect funnels with automation workflows and pipelines
Client Implementation
• Onboard new client accounts into BluestageAI CRM
• Configure account settings, integrations, and automation systems
• Train clients on how to use the CRM platform effectively
Integrations & Tracking
• Connect third-party tools and APIs when needed
• Implement UTM tracking and campaign attribution
• Ensure leads from websites, ads, and forms sync properly into the CRM
Optimization
• Monitor pipeline performance and lead conversion rates
• Identify automation improvements to increase efficiency
• Troubleshoot CRM issues, broken automations, or workflow conflicts
Required Qualifications
• Experience working with GoHighLevel CRM
• Understanding of marketing automation systems
• Experience building funnels, pipelines, and workflows
• Strong organizational and systems-thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple CRM accounts simultaneously
• Clear communication and ability to explain systems to non-technical clients
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with marketing agencies
• Familiarity with SMS/email marketing automation
• Knowledge of lead generation systems and conversion funnels
• Experience with Zapier, API integrations, or webhooks
• Understanding of Google Analytics, UTM tracking, or campaign attribution
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing
