We need a CRM and sales ops specialist to keep our sales machine running smoothly. If you're the type of person who loves organizing data, building workflows, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks — you'll love this.
Day-to-day:
— Manage and maintain our CRM (keep data clean, build views, automate where possible)
— Track sales pipeline metrics and flag issues
— Set up automations and integrations between our tools
— Support the sales team with reporting and lead routing
— Help onboard new tea
You're ideal if you:
— Have CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar)
— Are detail-obsessed and hate messy data
— Can build basic automations (Zapier, Make, or native CRM workflows)
— Have strong English communication skills
— Are proactive — you spot problems before they become fires
We pay well because this role is critical. The right person becomes the backbone of our sales operation. Growth path into a Sales Ops Manager role is real and available within 6 months.
