Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist who has hands-on experience with:
GoHighLevel (GHL)
Funnel building
Automation workflows
Graphic design
Marketing support
The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, organized, creative, and capable of managing projects without micromanagement.

Responsibilities
GoHighLevel (GHL) Tasks
Build and manage CRM pipelines
Create automation workflows
Set up SMS/email campaigns
Configure calendars and appointment systems
Import/export client databases (CSV files)
Set up forms, triggers, tags, and campaigns
Build landing pages and funnels
Troubleshoot workflows and automations

Graphic & Marketing Tasks
Design flyers and promotional graphics
Create social media content
Edit landing page visuals
Assist with branding materials
Create simple ad creatives and banners
Website & Funnel Tasks
Build landing pages
Update website content
Optimize forms and call-to-actions
Create lead generation funnels

Operations & Client Support
Help onboard new clients
Organize digital assets and files
Maintain communication with tea ---------- mbers
Keep projects moving without reminders
Track completed work accurately
