ABOUT THE JOB

Our client is a dual-badged official TikTok agency. They're a technology-driven social commerce partner for growth-minded consumer brands, combining senior human expertise with an agentic commerce stack that connects creators, brands, and platforms in one unified layer.

Their team has generated $80 Million in GMV through creator partnerships, helping 8-10 figure e-commerce brands scale through social commerce strategies. They orchestrate the full journey from discovery to checkout, transforming social from a brand channel into a primary revenue storefront.

THE ROLE

Our client gets around 500 inbound leads a month and is onboarding new enterprise clients every week. HubSpot is where all of that lives, and right now it doesn't keep up.

You own it. You'll keep the data clean, build the workflows that move leads through the pipeline without anyone chasing them, and fix what's broken before it costs a deal.

This isn't a data entry role. You d ---------- how the system should work and you build it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Own HubSpot: Properties, pipelines, deal stages, lifecycle stages, permissions, and integrations. You're the person who knows how it's set up and why.

- Keep the data clean: Deduplicate records, enforce required fields, fix bad imports, and make sure what leadership sees in a report is actually true.

- Build the workflows: Lead routing and assignment, follow-up sequences, task automation, and internal notifications. Cut the manual steps out of the sales and onboarding process.

- Connect the stack: Keep HubSpot talking to the other tools the team runs on, including forms, calendars, email, and Slack. Fix sync issues before anyone notices them.

- Report on what matters: Build dashboards leadership actually uses for pipeline, conversion, lead source performance, and client onboarding status. No vanity metrics.

- Fix things and keep them fixed: When something breaks or someone asks why a lead fell through, you find the cause, fix it, and document it so it doesn't happen again.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 2+ years working hands-on in HubSpot (Sales Hub and Marketing Hub), agency or brand side
- Proven experience building workflows, automations, and custom reports, not just using someone else's setup
- Comfortable with integrations, data imports, and troubleshooting sync issues
- Detail-obsessed about data quality, because you know a dirty CRM makes every report a guess
- Clear, direct writing, since most of this job happens in Slack

NICE TO HAVE

- HubSpot certifications
- Experience at a fast-growing agency or e-commerce company
- Experience with other CRMs such as Salesforce or Pipedrive
- Light scripting or API work
- Comfort using AI tools to move faster
