JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a CRM / Sales Campaign Specialist in the marketing and sales operations industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing CRM workflows and sales-aligned campaigns that directly support revenue generation. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage CRM campaigns, maintain pipeline accuracy, and collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure campaign performance and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:
Build, execute, and manage CRM campaigns and automated workflows.
Ensure accurate pipeline tracking and maintain high standards of CRM data hygiene.
Support sales enablement initiatives through targeted, data-driven campaigns.
Align campaign execution with sales priorities, timelines, and outreach cadence.
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure campaigns support revenue goals.
Track campaign metrics and prepare performance reports to guide future initiatives.

Qualifications:
Proven experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Odoo, or similar systems.
Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels and pipeline management.
Experience executing and analyzing marketing or sales campaigns.
Detail-oriented with strong operational discipline and organizational skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams.
