JOB OVERVIEW

CRM & Automation Project Manager with HubSpot Experience CRM & Automation Tools
for a Cruise Travel Industry

Type: Full-Time, Independent Contractor, Direct Hire
Location: 100% WFH, Open to Philippine candidates
Schedule: 5 Days/Week (Must Include Weekends), 2 Days Off Midweek
Rate: $6.00 - $10 Per hour (Based on experience)

We are a fast-growing cruise travel company seeking a remote project manager with strong background HubSpot CRM, reporting, and automation tools. In this dynamic role, you’ll help streamline and optimize our sales, marketing, and customer service systems.

This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Tools You’ll Work With:
· HubSpot CRM – Marketing, Service, Operations, and CMS Hubs
· HubSpot CRM ecosystem apps – e.g., Zapier, ----------
· Analytics & reporting – GA4, Looker Studio
· Communication tools – CloudTalk, Intercom

Responsibilities:
· Manage HubSpot CRM and build/maintain automated workflows
· Set up website tracking and lead capture systems
· Create and maintain dashboards and performance reports
· Execute integrations and automations using Zapier
· Provide operational support for chat and phone systems

Requirements:
· 2+ years of project coordination or CRM administration experience
· Deep working knowledge of HubSpot and related CRM tools
· Strong reporting/analytics skills using GA4 and Looker Studio
· Excellent written and verbal English communication
· Quick learner with strong organizational skills
· Independent and proactive with strong follow-through

Bonus Points For:
· Experience in e-commerce or the online travel industry

Technical Requirements:
A quiet, dedicated home office setup (away from domestic and street noise).

4GB+ RAM (8GB preferred)

Sound Card, Speakers (optional)
Min 15” Monitor, preferably 2
A quality virus and spyware protection and activated firewall
Professional headset for the highest quality calls (e.g., Jabra Evolve 40 Stereo – Bluetooth / Earphones are not allowed). NOISE Cancelling.
Stable wired broadband (no satellite or wireless). Broadband internet connection (DSL or cable) Note: Satellite, Dial-Up or wireless is not allowed. You will be required to test the connection
Chrome browser, sound card, speakers, 15" monitor (2 preferred).
Backup power solution (generator or equivalent) in case of outages.

Interested candidates should be ready to work within the U.S. Eastern Time Zone and take ownership of systems that drive growth and performance.
